David Grimes BS MA

David is the voice on the other end of the line when you call into Harmony. He has 20 years of pastoral ministry experience; skills which are of tremendous value in our business, as a compassionate heart is one of the most important characteristics anyone in the home care business can have. David has a remarkable ability to communicate empathetically and professionally. Add to that David’s experience in the healthcare field, having served as Social Services Director in one of the area’s largest skilled nursing facilities. This brings a new level of expertise in dealing with regulatory issues, insurance protocols, labor relations, and HIPAA compliance. Here at Harmony Home Care, David answers clients’ needs when they first call in, walking them through the myriad of questions adult children always have when they first are burdened with a failing parent. He oversees caregivers and maintains their schedules matching them in the best possible way with our clients’ needs. All this while maintaining and preparing your billing records and answering your questions about service charges.
